Dyslexia Assessment Booking

Booking Process

Booking an assessment with Dyslexia Clarity is straightforward and involves a simple booking process:

1. Get in touch

Complete the contact form or send an email to info@dyslexiaclarity.co.uk to outline your enquiry. You’ll receive a reply within a few working days.

Or book an initial consultation booking by following this link: https://calendly.com/helen-dyslexiaclarity/30min

2. Initial discussion

A short phone or online call to talk through your concerns, explain the Dyslexia assessment options, and agree on which type of assessment is most suitable.

3. Choose a date and pay deposit

Use the online Calendly link to select a convenient assessment date and time. At this stage, you’ll be asked to pay a deposit to confirm your booking. You’ll receive instant confirmation once this is completed.

4. Complete background information

Parents, teachers, and (where relevant) the student complete background questionnaires and a visual screener before the assessment.

Students must also have had a recent eye test (within the last year) at an optician, and evidence of the prescription or diagnosis should be brought to the assessment.

5. Assessment day

The assessment is carried out face-to-face in a calm, supportive setting, usually lasting 3–4 hours with breaks.

6. Receive your report

A detailed written report will be provided within 2–3 weeks, followed by an optional feedback meeting to discuss the findings and next steps.
